Neighbors and I have reported this several times, but the residents of 428 Thames have been leaving boxes of trash on the sidewalk on Young St for months. I've picked up a bunch that has blown around, and I believe the city has picked it up, but clearly they need to be explained how trash pickup works in Newport.
