Description

Cars on Johnston Road going across Western Ave to Rapp Road (mall) do not get the green light some of the times. During high traffic times with cars in each lane, the cycle goes from right turn arrow only, to all green, to left turn arrow only. The all green light cycle is skipped sometimes, but not all. Cars going from Rapp Road to Johnston will get the green light while it is still red for cars going the opposite way.
