Feces all over elevator and 1st and 2nd floor.

Front steps are separating from rest of building. Looks very unstable.

Ceiling and dry wall crumbling due to water leaks from recent storms.

Water leak- dry wall falling down in bathroom, water getting into electric

Front porch roof in disrepair.

More than 3 unrelated people living in apartments. Multiple cars always coming and going.

Abundance of trash accumulating on 2nd floor porch. Construction debris on and around 1st floor porch.

No CO detectors, faulty electrical outlets, washer, dryer, dehumidifier all hooked up to her electrical meter.

Roach infestation, no second means of egress, holes in walls, stairs falling apart, sheet rock cracking, doorbell doesn't work.

No screens and broken lock in front window- won't stay properly shut. Faulty electrical outlets, faulty stove, water leaks in bathroom and kitchen ceiling.

Mold and bad smell coming from master bedroom.

Roaches coming from 98 Ontario over onto property at100 Ontario St.

Leaking ceiling, hole in bathroom floor.

Basement leaks every time it rains.

Fence on property in disrepair, in ground pool without proper enclosure in back yard.

Back side of vacant building- roof and stairs in disrepair, weeds and excessive overgrowth.

Interior reno being done without permits

Owners have multiple chickens and guinea pigs in their garage.

Shower does not work properly.
