Black iron safety railing has rusted out in sections or is heavily deteriorated. Can this get on the capital Improvement program plan?

Concrete 'curbing' above city storm drain shattered due to large truck, making sharp turn, rolling over curbing. Sharp large pieces have been pulled out of roadway.

Abandoned yellow construction crane. Unit has been sitting in off-street lot for several months, imaged by overhead satellites (!), and has turned into a playground toy for local kids. When will it be moved?

Please install red light camera signs to deter the actions of Connell Hwy motorists who are running the red lights at the west entrance/exit to RK Shopping Center. Many close calls involve motorists who run through" the intersection 2-3 seconds after their light has changed to red.

No sidewalk on either side of Maple between JT Connell Hwy and Girard Ave. Many pedestrians. Can this get on the city's CIP list?

1. Which city department is the overall owner for this monument which celebrates the participation of France on the side the American colonists during the Revolutionary War?
2. Is this issue being formally tracked as a deferred maintenance item?
3. The wooden "girdle" is growing taller every few years. Can the city summarize its plan for restoration? Thank you.

Chronic dumping blight adjacent to state road.

On the new sidewalk near the intersection of Equality Park Pl and Broadway is a beautiful circular design made with stones. At least one major stone has come loose from the cement bed and is sitting off the sidewalk. The stones don't appear well seated into the concrete bed.

The fencing atop the sea wall has deteriorated. Some of the vertical supports have detached from the sea wall making the fence unstable. It is a safety hazard and need to be replaced ASAP.

A once beautiful yellow daffodil field -- planted by dozens of Newport residents -- has been covered with a layer of gravel left behind by contractor CB Utility Co, a Bristol, RI firm. To date, the city's response to this visual blight has been nil.
