Description

This is an issue in the back parking area of the 1115 4th street property regarding a grease trap which continues to leak onto the pavement and is never cleaned. Bank of Marin costumers, 1111 4th st residents using a stairway and the general public are effected by this waste. We have contacted the health department and the landlord repeatedly to have the grease spillage cleaned and the trap removed. They cleaned it once and it was back within one month! There is no REGULAR accountability for this toxic waste by the Falafel Hut, who owns the grease trap or the landlord to have it cleaned or removed from 1111 4th streets property boundaries.
